Morning

Sunrise symphony, crescendo of light
In amber chalice, facets ignite
Unabashedly dispel, the defeated night
If I could not see, would you remain unseen?

Upturned lips, soft whispers remain
Of dreams, softly fallen until once again
In sleeps embrace, the day will wane
Free to live, with no hint of pain
