After of all these years
still feeling I’ve just begun
the road stretches out ahead
though a bit shorter now
And the need is more gentle
relaxing into life will do that
the fire burning a little lower
simmering heat of knowing how
To live a life that’s worthwhile
was simply to live, and live well
uncomplicated and grateful
for the chance to be here now
